For You Lil Wayne fans there's a big news. Our favorit rapper planned to released his latest studio Album called "The Carter IV", this probably one of the most waiting rap album in this year. I can't wait for the album to out but wait , the most unique part from this album is not the songs but the cover of The Carter IV by Lil Wayne.
I know from the many blog that the Cover Album will be like above, are this serious? who is he? Are he Lil Wayne pictures when he was a kid, if its true Lil Wayne probably know tattoo when he was a little kid, that so disaster. I'm speechless!
